Girl band sensation Little Mix has insisted they could never split up like other bands have done in the past.

There’s been massive reunions from the likes of the Spice Girls and the Pussycat Dolls this year, but both groups had one thing missing: a former band member.

Victoria Beckham, aka Posh Spice, didn’t join the Spice Girls reunion tour while the Pussycat Dolls reformed last week but without Melody Thornton.

Yet Little Mix, consisting of Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall, Jesy Nelson and Perrie Edwards, have said they could never reunite without all their members. In fact, if one of them quit now, the band said that would be it for all of them.

Speaking with MailOnline, Little Mix added that they would never feud like some bands in the past have.

Girls Aloud we’re looking at you.

Jade, 26, said: ‘I can’t see us ever feuding. Or [if they ever split] getting back together without one of us being involved.

‘People know we’re friends. It’s not fake with us, you can just tell.’

‘If one of us didn’t want to come back with us, we couldn’t do it,’ Leigh-Anne, 28, explained.

‘Even the Spice Girls – who came back without Victoria – they could do it. But we couldn’t do it.’

Perrie, 26, also chimed in: ‘You don’t know what goes on. People think we argue but we don’t.’

Speaking of the Pussycat Dolls situation, she said: ‘And you know what? If Melody didn’t want to be there because she wanted more parts or whatever, so be it, each to their own.

‘And if the other girls wanted to get back together as it was right for them, get yourselves away gorgie huns.’

We personally hope Little Mix will just stay together forever.

Perrie Edwards was seen cheering on her boyfriend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s football team yesterday – despite Alex being unable to play because of injury.

Now that’s support!

The Little Mix star attended the match between Liverpool and the Wolverhampton Wanderers last night and was joined by her mum Debbie for the game at Anfield in Liverpool.

The Woman Like Me singer looked in high spirits as she was seen posing for photos with fans.

Alex is reported to be out with a ligament injury until February.

The star wrapped up warm as she wore two coats, long trousers and gloves. The cold weather certainly didn’t stop her from leaving her snug seats and walking along the pitch while having an energetic conversation, by the looks of things.

While Perrie may have been having a night off from Little Mix duties, let it be known that the band are very much still going strong.

‘You don’t know what goes on – people think we argue but we don’t,’ Perrie told MailOnline earlier this month.

She also spoke about the upcoming Pussycat Dolls reunion (minus Melody Thornton), saying: ‘You know what? If Melody didn’t want to be there because she wanted more parts of whatever, so be it, each to their own.

‘And if the other girls wanted to get back together as it was right for them, get yourselves away gorgie huns.’

We think this is Little Mix speak for ‘gorgeous hunnies’.

However, the band seem in agreement that they wouldn’t be able to reunite if one of the four-piece wasn’t on board.

‘If one of us didn’t want to come back with us, we couldn’t do it,’ Leigh-Anne Pinnock told the publication.

‘Even the Spice Girls – who came back without Victoria – they could do it. But we couldn’t do it.’

Perrie Edwards was caught chomping on food like a ‘cow’ during her boyfriend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s football game.

The Little Mix star was seen in the background happily chewing away as she supported her footballer beau’s team.

Sharing her shock in an Instagram story, the singer showed fans a clip of cameras zooming in on her enjoying her meal.

She captioned it: ‘Of course I got caught on telly eating. Just typical me isn’t it. Not to mention the beef got stuck in my teeth and I’m chomping like a cow [cow emoji] FANTASTIC!’

To be fair, Perrie still looked gorgeous mid-chew but we wouldn’t want to be seen on TV like that either.

The 26-year-old later shared a hilarious clip of her trying to duck down every time she took a bite of her, not one, but two meals.

She kept her head low with every bite she took and tried to be as incognito as possible to avoid any cameras.

‘Now I feel self conscious,’ the star captioned her story. ‘Just wanna enjoy my two meals in peace fanx huns’.

We can all just eat on cameras in solidarity with Perrie and her endless food suffering.

Meanwhile, Perrie was recently seen cheering on her boyfriend’s football team on 28 December – despite Alex being unable to play because of injury.

Perrie Edwards was fresh-faced as she stepped out for a cute lunch date with boyfriend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in Cheshire.

The couple looked relaxed taking a break from their busy lives as they walked through Wilmslow.

Perrie, 26, went for business casual as she warmed up in a cream woolly coat that had a giant collar with a beige shirt and black jeans.

Her footballer boyfriend Alex, on the other hand, went for full relaxation as he rocked a black Givenchy hoodie with matching tracksuits bottoms and a black cap.

Do tracksuit bottoms count as loungewear if they cost thousands of pounds?

The Liverpool midfielder kept it breezy as he started rehabilitation without crutches and a protective boot after suffering ankle ligament damage in the FIFA Club World Cup final win against Flamengo.

Being the supportive girlfriend she is, Perrie has been attending Alex’s football matches even when he’s injured.

On Sunday 5 January, Perrie was caught chomping on food like a ‘cow’ during her boyfriend’s football game.

Perrie Edwards just posted her first Instagram of 2020 and it’s a good one, as she’s only gone and passed her driving test.

The Little Mix star revealed she is now on the roads after finally learning how to drive and it’s safe to say Perrie looked pretty chuffed with herself, as she showed off her official ‘passed’ certificate.

Congratulations new driver.

Clearly thrilled to be ditching the learner plates, Perrie marked passing her test with a celebratory photoshoot outside her driving school car, before telling fans it was ‘about time’ she got on the road.

The Woman Like Me hit-maker wrote: ‘First post of 2020. Beep beep huns. About time I ticked this one off the list! Coming soon to a road near you! Skkkrrrt!’

Her celebrity pals sent in their congratulations, with both Pixie Lott and Vicky Pattison being left inspired.

Pixie said: ‘Go on Pezz!! I need to do the same,’ while Vicky wrote: ‘Go on girllllllll!!! I bloody NEED to do mine.’

Jesy Nelson commented: ‘Wohooooooo,’ while celebrity make-up artist Anna Lingis, who was behind that incredible look that transformed Olivia Buckland into a Barbie at Halloween, said: ‘No excuses now! I’ll get the kettle on and you bring the biscuits.’

Perrie, who is dating footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, no doubt wanted to get her driving test done while she has time on her hands, before heading off on tour with her Little Mix bandmates; Jesy, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock.

The girls are set to hit the road in June 2020 for their UK headline arena tour, after smashing their LM5 worldwide tour last year, that saw the likes of Stormzy join the girls on stage at the O2.

It’s been a big year for girlbands as the Spice Girls reunited without Victoria Beckham to hit the road in 2019 and the Pussycat Dolls have just confirmed their reunion, which Melody Thornton has refused to be a part of.

But having their say on the iconic bands’ comebacks, the Little Mix girls confessed they could never go ahead with a reunion if one bandmember refused. It would have to be all or nothing.

Millie Bobby Brown celebrated her 16th birthday in style (seriously, the amount of celebs in attendance is the stuff most 16-year-olds can only dream about) and half of Little Mix were there to help her ring in the occasion.

Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards were at Millie’s sweet 16th party, and they shared a touching message of support for the actor as she navigates child stardom.

Sharing a photo of the three of them from the bash, Jade wrote: ‘big sis duties at @milliebobbybrown sweet 16th.

‘Being thrown into the limelight so young is hard. Being judged by everyone is even harder. Always be proud that you use your platform for good and encourage others to be kinder.

‘Happy birthday lovely, we got you.’

Millie had written her own post about her experiences to mark her birthday, saying on Instagram: ‘ya girls 16 :) 16 has felt like a long time coming.

‘I feel like change needs to happen for not only this generation but the next. Our world needs kindness and support in order for us children to grow and succeed.

Little Mix’s Perrie Edwards has pulled out of a performance in Brazil with her bandmates, revealing she’s too unwell.

The singer admitted she’s ‘heartbroken’ over having to miss the show, penning a heartfelt note to fans.

‘Hey everyone, I’m so sorry to announce that I am unable to travel and perform in Brazil with the rest of the girls on Sunday due to being unwell,’ she wrote.

‘To all the fans that are attending the show, I’m heartbroken I can’t be there with you, but I know the girls will absolutely smash their performance and give you everything in my absence. Lots of love Perrie x’.

While fans are saddened by the news, they’re also urging the star to take care of herself.

‘We understand, get better soon love. Wishing you well!’ one wrote, with another telling her: ‘Take care of yourself, your health comes first.’

‘Please focus on yourself and on feeling better perrie, your health is more important,’ one more concerned fan added.

The rest of the girls – Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall – are set to take to the Memorial da América Latina in São Paulo, before the group returns to the UK in June to complete the next leg of their tour.

And they’re definitely keeping themselves busy, beginning their new show The Search and, of course, giving us some cheeky glimpses behind the scenes.

The band will become mentors to a wave of new talent, in a bid to find a new boy, girl or mixed-sex band.

The new bands will be doing what the girls have been doing for years and perform live and collaborate with songwriters, producers and stylists.

‘We want to create lots of incredible groups who really gel,’ Little Mix said in a statement. ‘As we have been there and done it ourselves, we know what it takes to make a group successful, and will be there to mentor them every step of the way.

‘We want solo-artists to audition as well as groups and every type of genre is welcome too. It’s going to be really exciting and people can apply right now!’

Let’s hope Perrie’s back to her best soon!

Little Mix took to the stage in Brazil as a trio after member Perrie Edwards was forced to miss the show due to illness.

Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall performed in Sao Paulo on Sunday and put on one hell of a show.

The girls were as fierce as always, seamlessly pulling off the dance routines as a three.

Leigh-Anne was bringing 90s style to the stage in blue and orange wide leg baggy trousers and a crop top, with Jesy, with long grey hair, looking fierce in a matching bodysuit and thigh-high boots.

Jade rocked a white crop top and a short blue and orange pleated shirt and trainers.

Fans were treated to some of their best loved hits at the all female GRLS! Festival, with Kylie Minogue and Tierra Whack also on the bill.

Perrie admitted she was heartbroken to have to miss the show in a heartfelt note written to fans.

Perrie Edwards clearly isn’t letting coronavirus concerns get her down.

The Little Mix star and her beau Alex-Oxlade Chamberlain proved it’s possible to have fun together—even if you’re stuck at home.

Perrie and Alex made the most of their night in by taking on TikTok’s stair shuffle dance challenge, and from the hilarious video she shared to Insta, it looks like the couple had a blast filming the result.

Of course, we’d expect nothing less than first-rate fancy footwork from a pop star and a Premier League footballer, and the couple definitely delivered.

‘Precautionary self isolation can be fun!’ Perrie joked in the caption.

The pair looked super comfy in their matching loungewear. Perrie opted for an oversized white hoodie and grey leggings while Alex sported black sweats and a Tommy Hilfiger tee.

Perrie was spotted yesterday afternoon in Cheshire bundled up in a big black coat a week after she said she was ‘heartbroken’ to have to pull out of a Little Mix gig in Brazil due to illness.

‘Hey everyone,’ she wrote last Friday.

‘I’m so sorry to announce that I am unable to travel and perform in Brazil with the rest of the girls on Sunday due to being unwell.

Meanwhile, the fate of Alex’s table-topping club Liverpool remains uncertain after elite football, including the Premier League, was suspended on Friday due to Coronavirus.

That means Alex won’t be back on the pitch until at least 4 April, though many Reds fans are concerned the disruption could last for much longer—if the season isn’t cancelled altogether.

Liverpool looked all but guaranteed to win the English top-flight title for the first time in 30 years and sat 25 points clear of Manchester City at the top of the table when football was suspended.

Alex and his teammates now face an agonising wait while the league determines their fate.

For now, at least, he seems pretty content to dance his worries away.

Little Mix star Jade Thirlwall has opened up about the band’s shocking split from Simon Cowell’s record label over a year ago, and admits it ‘f****d us over’. 

The Woman Like Me hitmakers announced their seemingly abrupt decision to leave Simon’s Syco label in November 2018, just days before they were set to release their fifth studio album LM5. 

Instead, Little Mix – consisting of Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock – switched over to RCA, which is another imprint under the Sony Music umbrella. 

Now 16 months later, Jade admits it was chaotic to switch labels in the middle of their album release. 

When asked why fans didn’t feel their music videos featured much female empowerment, the pop star told The Sun: ‘We did a little bit but we had a switch of labels during the LM5 process and that really f***ed us over. 

‘It was harder to put all our creativity out there in the way we would have liked. The LM5 album was very heavily on women’s rights and our experiences in the industry.’ 

Jade, 27, went on to describe that time in their careers as ‘troublesome’ but feels like the girl group are ‘in a good place’ and happy to be working on their upcoming sixth album. 

‘We’ve learnt to really stick to our guns and do what we believe in,’ she states. 

Her bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock added: ‘We’re definitely back on track with everything.

‘We’ve got a new album and a new single coming.

‘It’s so exciting. We’ve actually done quite a lot of the album already. It’s one of our favourites.’ 

At the time of their split from Syco, it was reported that Little Mix rallied together to pen an email to the label requesting they receive an extra writing credit on their single Woman Like Me. It’s said this created tension between Syco and Modest Management. 

Confirming the separation, a rep for Simon previously said: ‘Syco Music will no longer work with Modest Management and therefore any artists signed to that management company. 

‘We do, of course, wish all artists affected by this decision every future success. Consequently, LM5, the forthcoming Little Mix album A&R’d and released on Syco Music, is to be serviced by RCA at the request of Syco and Simon Cowell.’

As the spread of the deadly coronavirus continues, more and more celebrities are imploring their fans to self-isolate and practice social distancing – whether they are showing symptoms of Covid-19 or not.

The likes of Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande this week urged fans to think of others by staying indoors to help stop the spread of the virus.

And have you seen Arnold Schwarzenegger and his donkey and miniature horse chilling at home?

So far stars including Tom Hanks and Bond girl Olga Kurylenko have tested positive for coronavirus – as Heidi Klum awaits her test results while remaining in isolation.

They’re hardly the only celebrities who have chosen to stay inside and do their part in helping keep those more vulnerable safe.

If the stars are more than happy to share a glimpse into their lives in quarantine, and we all either continue to stay indoors, or prepare for our own self-isolation, we might as well take some inspiration from those who are encouraging us to stay safe and healthy?

Taylor Swift

Taylor doesn’t want her fans to be risking anything by continuing to head out to bars and clubs while the spread of coronavirus becomes more serious.

Taking to her Instagram story, the 30-year-old wrote: ‘Guys, I follow you online and I love you guys so much and need to express my concern that things aren’t being taken seriously enough right now.

‘I’m seeing lots of get togethers and hangs and parties still happening.’

The pop star added: ‘This is the time to cancel plans, actually truly isolate as much as you can, and don’t assume that because you don’t feel sick that you aren’t possibly passing something on to someone elderly or vulnerable to this.

‘It’s a really scary time but we need to make social sacrifices right now.’

Ariana Grande

Ariana grande has also written a statement to her Twitter followers, as she urged them to stay inside and practice social distancing.

‘I keep hearing a surprising amount of people statements like, “This isn’t a big deal” / “We’ll be fine” / “We still have to go about our daily lives” and it’s really blowing my mind,’ she wrote on social media. ‘I understand if that is how you felt weeks ago, but please read about what’s going on please don’t turn a blind eye.’

The Thank U, Next hitmaker added: ‘It is incredibly dangerous and selfish to take this situation that lightly, the “we will be fine because we’re young” mindset is putting people who aren’t young and / or healthy in a lot of danger.

‘You sound stupid and privileged and you need to care more about others. Like now.’

After receiving backlash from people who still need to go out and work, the pint-sized popstar added: ‘I understand and entirely support your frustration. I do not mean to disrespect anyone who doesn’t have the privilege of cancelled work or being able to call out of their work.

‘But, this is a national emergency and a pandemic of global proportion.’

Miley Cyrus

Huddled up behind the scenes with her precious dogs, Miley Cyrus shared a black and white photo of herself imposing a little self-quarantine on Instagram today.

She wrote: ‘Social distancing with a few exceptions.’

Tbf, dogs make isolation way better.

Miley also urged everyone to be a little more thoughtful towards those more vulnerable, as groceries and supermarkets are still having their shelves stripped bare as people continue to panic-buy.

‘Be thoughtful. Respectful. Compassionate. HUMAN. while preparing for social distancing….’ Miley wrote. ‘NO ONE needs every soup in the store, The more we hoard the more expensive and sparse necessities will become, leaving many without essentials. This is a great time to practice restraint…’

The Little Mix star and her beau Alex-Oxlade Chamberlain were making the most of their self-isolation as they shared a video to social media on Saturday.

‘Precautionary self isolation can be fun!’ Perrie joked in the caption, with the clip showing them expertly acing some fancy footwork inside their fancy home.

Tom Hanks

Along with his wife Rita Wilson, Tom Hank tested positive for coronavirus while in Australia last week.

In a statement released Wednesday evening, he told Deadline: ‘Hello, folks. Rita and I are down here in Australia.

‘We felt a bit tired, like we had colds, and some body aches. Rita had some chills that came and went. Slight fevers too. To play things right, as is needed in the world right now, we were tested for the coronavirus, and were found to be positive.’

Tom, 63, who has two grown-up sons with Rita, also 63, later shared the same statement with a photo of a latex glove in a hospital trash can.

He continued: ‘Well, now. What to do next? The Medical Officials have protocols that must be followed. We Hanks’ will be tested, observed, and isolated for as long as public health and safety requires.

‘Not much more to it than a one-day-at-a-time approach, no?

‘We’ll keep the world posted and updated. Take care of yourselves!’

This week he went on to thank the ‘helpers’, as he continued isolation.

Uploading a very Aussie snap to his Instagram, the actor posted: ‘Thanks to the Helpers. Let’s take care of ourselves and each other. Hanx.’

He enjoyed two slices of toast with (frankly a rather large amount of) Vegemite and even got a little souvenir Kangaroo holding the Australian flag.

Olga Kurylenko

The 40-year-old confirmed that she has tested positive for the virus, which has hit over 153,000 people worldwide and led to 5,735 deaths.

Sharing a picture, looking out from a window onto a rain-splattered balcony, to Instagram, the Quantum of Solace star wrote: ‘Locked up at home after having tested positive for Coronavirus. I’ve actually been ill for almost a week now.

In the clip, the 72-year-old told fans: ‘The important thing is that you stay at home because there’s a curfew now. No one is allowed out especially someone who is 72 years old. After 65 you’re not allowed out your house anymore in California, so you gotta stay home.

‘That’s what we do. We don’t go to restaurants, we don’t go to anything like that anymore here. We just eat with Whiskey and with LuLu and have a good time and get entertained.’

Lady Gaga has revealed she’s refusing to see her parents and grandparents for a while as she self-isolates while the coronavirus spreads.

Along with a snap of herself fabulously self-isolating with her dogs, she wrote: ‘So I talked to some doctors and scientists. It’s not the easiest for everyone right now but the kindest/healthiest thing we can do is self-quarantine and not hang out with people over 65 and in large groups.

‘I wish I could see my parents and grandmas right now but it’s much safer to not so I don’t get them sick in case I have it. I’m hanging at home with my dogs.

‘I love you world, we’ll all get through this. Trust me, I talked to God —she said we’re gonna be ok.’

Sam Claflin is acing the isolation business pretty well, as he chilled with his dogs on the couch.

Sharing a shot to Instagram, he wrote: ‘Quarantine cuddles.’

When the cuddles involve a pair of legends like Sam’s, it ain’t so bad to stay indoors.

Even though he was staying inside, Diplo didn’t want the world to miss out on his slick tunes as they did the same thing.

So what does any DJ do? They live stream a set from their living room, of course.

He wrote on Instagram on Sunday: ‘Last night I invited Rhye over for the first Corona Sabbath (We made that up because we we had iron on t-shirt letters… maybe it will stick).

Ayda Field is practicing social distancing from her husband Robbie Williams, after he returned from a trip to Australia.

In an Instagram video, Ayda, 40, films Robbie’s arrival from a balcony at their house as Robbie stands below on the driveway.

‘Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo?’ Ayda asks.

Well Robbie, 46, splashed cold water on the scene and gave a response that wasn’t so Shakespearean: ‘Down here.’

‘I don’t remember Romeo talking like that,’ Ayda quipped, to which he added: ‘Down here, Juliet. I’m right here.’

Former X Factor judge Ayda then revealed that it’s ‘the closest [they’ve] been’ since Robbie’s return, stating: ‘We’re just social distancing right now. I think it’s just staying away from bars, restaurants and clubs, and apparently your own husband when he’s been to Australia on a plane and in an airport.’

Writing on Instagram, the Eternals star encouraged people to stay at home to #flattenthecurve of the coronavirus spread.

He wrote: ‘Stay home. Don’t go to bars and restaurants. Protect those at risk.’

On Twitter, he added: ‘I know this is a weird time, & difficult for many ppl who have jobs in the service industry, but consider not packing bars/restaurants right now

‘This, right now, is what you can do to stem the spread. Hospitals will get overwhelmed in mere weeks. We can #flattenthecurve.’

Like many other couples around the country, Perrie Edwards and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are holed up together at home in self-isolation waiting out the coronavirus pandemic. 

With nothing else to do, it means the Little Mix star can spend precious quality time with the Liverpool footballer who would otherwise be busy on the pitch as she tours with the girl group. 

And last week, Perrie and Alex proved that a couple who dance together, will probably stay together. 

A video that went viral showed the fun couple trying the TikTok stair shuffle dance challenge and pretty much nailing it. 

Well, it beats doing the mundane chores of cleaning and tidying their luxury home, which they’ve shared for the past few years. 

Perrie, 27, is reported to have sold her own house in Surrey for a cool £800,000 in 2018 before moving into her first home with Alex. 

A source told The Sun at the time: ‘Perrie and Alex are so close, and things are going so well that no one would be surprised if they started living together at least some of the time. 

‘She’s always saying how she wants to wake up with him every day.’ 

Well Perrie got her wish and they’re now sharing a gorgeous home that comes complete with a terrace pool. 

Their outside swimming area is surrounded by large trees for ultimate privacy – including a palm tree, FYI – and sun loungers dotted around the pool. For the chillier months, there’s also an indoor pool with a jacuzzi which Alex has been pictured lounging in on one or two occasions. 

Who wouldn’t want to relax in a jacuzzi when there’s a pandemic unfolding in the outside world? 

On those evenings when Perrie and Alex want to Netflix and chill – or quarantine and chill, these days – they can collapse into their large grey pin-cushioned sofa while putting their feet up on the matching pooch. Or sit in their hanging rattan chair which looks oh-so comfy. 

Their home perfectly puts a modern touch on traditional features such as the fireplace, which appears to be electric, in their lounge area. 

And despite the sprawling nature of the property, they manage to make it look cosy and homely with Christmas trees filling the space during the holidays. 

Oh, not to forget their pet pooches to keep them company during the uncertain days of isolation. 

Basically, whether they’re dancing or chilling, Perrie and Alex are doing quarantine right.

Little Mix star Perrie Edwards has explained how she and boyfriend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain make their relationship work despite the distance between them.

Although Perrie admitted to Cosmopolitan that she finds the journey to Manchester a bit of a trek, she ‘grins and bears it’ because she her relationship to last.

She said: ‘My boyfriend only lives in Manchester, but it is like he lives f**king ages away.

‘As soon as we get a day off, the thought of having to drive to Manchester is an effort. But because I want to make it work and I absolutely adore him, I just grin and bear it. It’s hard.

‘I always say to management if we haven’t got two days off back to back, I won’t see my boyfriend.’

While the time apart may be painful, they do own a luxury home together which they have shared for the past few years.

Perrie Edwards and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain have been self-isolating together amid the coronavirus outbreak, and the Little Mix star has revealed how it’s going being stuck in the house together. 

Speaking on Kiss Breakfast, Perrie revealed she and Alex were initially staying at his house in Manchester but have since come back to London for lockdown. 

She revealed: ‘I have a house – well, my boyfriend and I have a house in Manchester and a house in London, so we were originally in Manchester together and then we decided to come to London. 

‘I kind of wish we’d stayed in Manchester rather than London ‘cos there’s more to do there, like in his house.

‘But we have got a lovely house in London with a little garden so Hatchi’s alright. It’s just weird, isn’t it? Not being able to leave the house, because I have been isolating for ages now.’ 

Perrie recently shared a video of her and Alex doing an impressive TikTok dance up the stairs, and she admits that took around five takes because she kept messing it up, but Alex picked it up really quickly. 

As well as dancing, Perrie revealed what else she has been doing to keep busy: ‘I haven’t been doing any exercise! I’ve been watching loads of Netflix, I started Money Heist which is unreal. 

‘I’ve been knitting – I knitted a blanket because I’m a granny. I’ve been singing a little bit, I’ve been cooking a lot because my boyfriend is never full, like try isolating with an athlete! Trying to ration your food and every five seconds: “I’m hungry! I’m hungry again. Can I have some food now?” I’m like, seriously? 

‘I’ve been baking, which I never do. I baked a banana bread cake the other day. It’s the best cake nobody will ever be able to taste. 

‘We were FaceTiming all our family like “if only you could taste this right now”. And TikToking – I absolutely love TikTok, I can’t believe I haven’t had it until now.’

When asked whether she and Alex had had any rows after being cooped up together in the house, she admitted: ‘I’m probably this close to burning, or just cutting straight through the wire of the PlayStation.

‘There’s going to be a situation here. Honestly, even just sat in the lounge trying to Netflix and chill there’s just “it’s behind you mate behind you urghhh”. I’m like “Stop with the PlayStation for two seconds!”’

Perrie also likened the current quarantine situation to an episode of Netflix’s Black Mirror after the world pretty much shut down to beat the spread of the virus. 

She explained: ‘I’m good, I just feel a bit weird at the minute, I feel like everyone is in the same state of mind. 

‘I feel like it’s not real life and I’m in an episode of Black Mirror. It’s so confusing but I’m just glad that everyone’s in it together and we’re doing the right thing together so that’s what’s important, isn’t it? It’s just bizarre.’

Perrie Edwards opened up about how she’s been coping with the coronavirus lockdown, admitting she has found it ‘nice’ to have some breathing space from her Little Mix duties.

The X Factor winners have blessed us with new track Break Up Song, to ease our self-isolation time.

During an appearance on Good Morning Britain, Perrie revealed exactly how much she was missing her fellow bandmates, Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock.

When asked if they has been in touch, the 26-year-old said: ‘Yeah constantly, our group chat on WhatsApp is always popping off. 

‘We’re so used to being together 24/7, we live in each other’s pockets. When we’re not together, it feels really weird. 

‘But it’s also quite nice to have a little bit of breathing space for once, because we never get time off. It’s just weird circumstances.’

Perrie has been spending her time in quarantine with boyfriend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, holed up together in their swanky mansion.

And, lifting the lid on how they’ve been coping being in such close quarters, she continued: ‘Actually really well, not too bad. 

‘We’re just trying to stay positive and keep ourselves busy and I’ve just been doing loads of stuff like knitting, a bit of baking, random stuff I never normally have time for.

‘[With Alex] It’s like giving a child have Coca Cola and a whole bag of sweets and putting them in a room and keeping them in there. 

‘He’s got so much energy!’

The Liverpool footballer, 26, has managed to use some of that energy up by taking on the TikTok challenge with the Black Magic singer.

One clip – showing the lovebirds defying gravity and dancing up the stairs – went viral, sending us all into meltdown.

Side note: We definitely have bruises from attempting the challenge.

Speaking about the clip, Perrie admitted that it took her a ‘good while’ to get the routine down.

Honestly, same.

‘It took me a good while. Alex learned straight away because he’s annoyingly good at everything, so he got it straight away and I just kept getting it wrong,’ she added.

‘He’s really good at stuff like that, but I kept getting scared on the stairs, like if I fell and broke an ankle. But it was really fun when we got it, it was brilliant.’

Little Mix’s album might be delayed because of the coronavirus pandemic.

The Woman Like Me hitmakers released their new single Break Up Song this week to give fans a bit of ‘positivity’ during a bleak time.

But Perrie Edwards admitted we might have to wait quiiiite a bit longer for the full album.

She told Heart Breakfast: ‘I think with the single we didn’t want to push it back because we just wanted the world to hear it. So that’s why we’ve released it now, because we love it so much and I feel like it’s such a good upbeat, positive, uplifting song and that’s just what people need right now.

‘But with the album, I think we are going to have to postpone it.’

Why, Perrie, WHY?

(Well, because of Covid-19. But still, WHY?)

Pezza added that the band had to cancel a music video shoot in Brazil because of the pandemic.

The Geordie singer had already cancelled her performance with the girl group in the country due to ill health.

She said: ‘That was supposed to be our second single, the music video that we were going to do out in Brazil, but obviously when the whole corona thing first happened, they were stopping people from travelling.

‘So the girls would’ve been in Brazil for such a long time, and then tried to fly back … they would’ve had to been quarantined and stuff.”

She added: ‘They shortened the trip. Obviously I couldn’t go to Brazil because I was poorly at the time, so they put the trip down short before that anyway, and then, when it was just the gig, they just said it was probably worth you not going.’

Perrie, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall and Jesy Nelson had recently teased the beginning of a new era, after bringing LM5 to a close and beginning work on their new album. 

Little Mix’s new talent show, The Search, also began filming but the live show had to be postponed amid the coronavirus outbreak.

Perrie Edwards formed an unlikely lockdown friendship with Katharine McPhee and David Foster as the trio video chatted for Katharine’s birthday.

Turning 36 in isolation on Wednesday, the stage and TV actress roped in her 70-year-old husband for a birthday celebration which she shared with fans on Instagram Live.

And one of the unlikely famous faces to join the couple was Perrie, 26, who serenaded Katharine with a version of The Simpsons’ infamous Happy Birthday Lisa song (with Katharine’s name in it, of course…)

Explaining that they’d never actually met IRL but were just fans of each other from Instagram, the birthday girl had a fangirl moment as she told Perrie: ‘We listened to Little Mix today in the car. We went out for five minutes today and we listened to Little Mix.’

Katharine then decided to shoot her shot, asking Perrie: ‘Can I just say, if there’s ever a slot open in your girl group, I know I’m not British, but I would love to join.’

‘It might be a strain on our marriage because of the travelling,’ she continued as she indicated to David, with the composer shooting back: ‘Not to mention it’s your birthday, you’re kind of old now for that.’

Luckily, Perrie was on board, joking: ‘I love it, you can definitely be the fifth member.’

Little Mix star Leigh-Anne Pinnock has recalled what it was like for the group to part ways with Simon Cowell’s record label, and admits it was a ‘shock to the system’. 

Fans were shocked in November 2018 when it emerged that the Woman Like Me hitmakers had split from Syco, which they had been signed to since winning The X Factor back in 2011. 

It was even more of a surprise as they news broke just days before Little Mix were due to release their fifth studio album LM5. 

Opening up about the split, Leigh-Anne told Metro.co.uk: ‘It was definitely strange because we’d been with Syco for so long and a bit of a shock to the system.’ 

Little Mix have since moved on to RCA, which is still under the Sony Music umbrella like Syco. 

‘But now we’re with RCA and it’s nice to have fresh people to work with and fresh ideas,’ Leigh-Anne explained. ‘But everyone needs change in their life I guess.’ 

When asked if they have more freedom under RCA, Leigh-Anne stated: ‘I feel like we’ve had control from the start. 

‘We’ve always been the type of girls to walk in and be like, right, this is what we want. We were like that from The X Factor. We’ve always taken the lead but I think it’s gotten better now that we’ve got older.’ 

Not only were Little Mix the first group to ever win ITV’s The X Factor, which Simon judges, but they are one of the most successful acts to emerge from the show and are still together almost 10 years later. 

The group, which also consists of Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson and Jade Thirlwall, have just released their new single Break Up Song which is set to appear on their upcoming sixth album. 

Sharing the secrets to their long-lasting friendship, Leigh-Anne revealed: ‘We just get on, we have that same sense of humour. 

‘The best thing about being in Little Mix is the laughs, we just want to make each other laugh so much. Being silly with each other.’ 

She insisted: ‘There’s not one person in the group that wants to steal the limelight and steal the shine. We’re all very much equal and appreciate each other and I think that’s so important. 

‘It is mad because not a lot of groups stand the test of time like we have. So it’s amazing that we’ve managed to last this long.’ 

At some point, Little Mix will probably take a break – even if they’re currently showing no signs of slowing down – and Leigh-Anne admits her life away from the group will look a lot different. 

‘I don’t feel like any of us would want to not do music,’ she admitted, adding: ‘But I think for me, I would probably start thinking about having a family and things like that and getting married. I’m 28 now, 29 this year, so I think I will probably start doing that.’

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has been raving about coronavirus quarantine with Perrie Edwards, proving once and for all that they’re total couple goals.

The Liverpool footballer and Little Mix singer are currently isolating together in the luxury home they have shared for the past few years, whiling away the time by smashing through TikTok videos.

And, discussing how they have been coping spending all their time together, the 26-year-old heaped praise on his girlfriend.

Speaking during an Instagram Q&A session on the Colossal Sports Management page, he was asked if the 26-year-old had ‘started annoying him’ yet.

‘She has been tremendous during quarantine, she’s proper house-wifey,’ he replied.

‘She’s been cleaning up, cooking every day. Meals have been unbelievable. She doesn’t get annoyed with me playing the Play Station. She’s top, I love her.’

That’s not all, as Alex also confessed he can’t get enough of Perrie’s cooking skills – admitting she had ‘converted’ him with one particular dish.

When asked what the Break Up Song singer is like in the kitchen department, he added: ’She made this chorizo pasta a couple of nights ago and it was banging.

‘Also this Sunday dinner. I am not a Sunday dinner person, but she made it on Sunday and it was unbelievable and she’s converted me. 

‘But yeah, the cooking is on fire.’

Ermmmm… Who doesn’t like a Sunday dinner?!

Perrie also opened up about how it was being holed up with the former Arsenal favourite in their home, explaining they were just trying to ‘stay positive’.

During an appearance on Good Morning Britain, the X Factor winner told Lorraine Kelly and Ben Shephard they had been getting on ‘really well’

‘We’re just trying to stay positive and keep ourselves busy and I’ve just been doing loads of stuff like knitting, a bit of baking, random stuff I never normally have time for,’ she explained.

‘[With Alex] It’s like giving a child have Coca Cola and a whole bag of sweets and putting them in a room and keeping them in there. 

‘He’s got so much energy!’

The lovebirds have managed to put some of that energy to good use by smashing the TikTok challenge – defying gravity by dancing up the stairs and sending us all into meltdown.

Perrie Edwards shared her latest purchase with fans as she unveiled what is quite possibly one of the biggest trampolines you could possibly buy. 

The Little Mix star, 26, gave fans a glimpse at what she had been up to, revealing that she had been constructing the monster trampoline for the past two days straight. 

Sharing a photo of the extremely heavy boxes which had been left outside her front door due to social distancing measures, she revealed what she’d treated herself to in self-isolation. 

In order to keep her fitness up despite being stuck in the house due to the coronavirus pandemic, Perrie had the enormous piece of fitness equipment delivered. 

She and her housemate Ellie spent two days straight putting it together – notably without the help of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who was too busy playing on his PlayStation by the sounds of things. 

The pair managed to sort it by themselves and Perrie made the most of her new piece of kit by hopping right on there to show off her best moves, including flips and karate kicks. 

She captioned one of the snaps: ‘F**king howling, I hate myself.’ 

Perrie had previously revealed she was sick of Alex being on his PlayStation and told Good Morning Britain that quarantining with him was like looking after a kid. 

She explained: ’It’s like giving a child Coca Cola and a whole bag of sweets and putting them in a room and keeping them in there. He’s got so much energy!

‘Actually [it’s going] really well, not too bad. We’re just trying to stay positive and keep ourselves busy and I’ve just been doing loads of stuff like knitting, a bit of baking, random stuff I never normally have time for.’  

And now there’s a massive trampoline for Alex to burn some of that excess energy off on, too.
